  • Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and the size of your order.

  • Delivery Times: Domestic orders typically take 4-7 business days to arrive, while international orders may take 10-20 business days. Please note that delivery times may be impacted by unforeseen delays such as customs clearance or weather conditions, for which we are not responsible.

5. Returns and Refunds

At Guiding Light, we take pride in the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, we are happy to offer a return for store credit.

  • Return Eligibility: We only accept returns for products that arrive damaged. All claims for damaged items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return for store credit, please contact us at info@guidinglightpsychology.com.au with your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of the affected product. Once approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

  • Store Credit: Once your damaged item is received and inspected, we will issue store credit to your account that is valid for 6 months, which can be used toward a future purchase. Please note that store credit cannot be exchanged for cash.

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Guiding Light reserves the right to terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms.
