Refund policy
At Guiding Light, we take pride in the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, we are happy to offer an exchange or return for store credit.
Return Eligibility:
Our policy allows for an exchange or credit note valid for 6 months within 7 days of purchase. We do not accept refunds under any circumstances. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you an exchange or credit note.
Exchange requests must be lodged within 7 days of receiving your purchase, and you will have an additional 5 days to return the item after receiving the return shipping label. Items lodged outside this timeframe will not be accepted.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your exchange. Please email info@guidinglightpsychology.com.au to receive an exchange form. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without filling out and including the exchange form within your parcel.
Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items may be exchanged or credited. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged or credited.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. All claims for damaged items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@guidinglightpsychology.com.au. Credits obtained from exchanges cannot be exchanged or further credited.
Shipping
To return your product, please email our customer support team at info@guidinglightpsychology.com.au. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages once the item has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item and are not responsible for any lost packages.
